The purpose of the present document is to give property graphs a formal semantic grounding based on RDF/RDFS/OWL, with blank nodes reification, geared to JSON-LD serialization. On top of it, a set of core crossdomain ontology classes have been defined, based on this meta-model. This whole information model is meant to be used by many applications as a basis for data representations. It is compatible with the NGSI-LD API defined in [2].
