Purpose.
This manual establishes the responsibilities of AF organizations, and contains 26 tiered compliance/waiver statements: 11 (T-0); 11 (T-1); 2 (T-2); 2 (T-3). It is an AF Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) technical and career field-specific publication that defines organizational responsibilities for intelligence analysis, targeting, and data standards in support of Global Integrated ISR and other Service core functions, while ensuring consistency with Intelligence Community, DoD, and AF doctrine, policy, and guidance.
