scope:
PURPOSE.
This manual:
a. Reissues DoD 1338.10-M (Reference (a)) in accordance with the authority in DoD Directives (DoDDs) 5134.01, 5134.12, and the July 13, 2018 Deputy Secretary of Defense Memorandum (References (b), (c), and (g)), and consistent with DoDDs 5105.22 and 5101.10 (References (d) and (e)).
b. Implements policy established in DoD Instruction (DoDI) 1338.10 (Reference (f)), assigns responsibilities, and provides guidance for the DFSP.
