This paper will provide the Owner, Design Engineer, Contractors, and local & State Authorities with the information regarding the design criteria they need in order to provide inspections, permitting, adequate equipment sizing, temperature control, energy savings, testing & balancing, and commissioning of various types of justice facilities. We will discuss institutional and correctional facilities in this Conference paper.
