Abstract
One of the main goals of ventilation is to create a
favorable thermal condition inside a compartment. The efficiency of
a ventilation system to achieve this goal depends on many factors
such as: air flow rate, incoming air temperature, air flow pattern
etc. For this purpose, there is need for a control system which can
provide proper inlet conditions resulting the required output at a
specific location. The main objective of this paper is to examine
the possibility to control the temperature in a ventilated chamber
in different spatial regions individually. Twenty two-dimensional
spatially fixed and equal square cells in a small ventilated test
chamber (0.70×0.65×0.4 m; 27.56"×25.60"×15.75"
