This document covers the general requirements for application and inspection of the CARC systems used on tactical military equipment. It is intended for use as a guide in selection of the appropriate materials and procedures for the surfaces to be painted, and as a supplement to information available in the below referenced cleaning, pretreating, and coating specifications.
