This Recommendation describes a user authentication framework with a one-time telebiometric template to implement a secure biometric authentication system. It specifies the framework in terms of function models and security requirements. Note, however, that this Recommendation does not cover the transformation functions used to generate a one-time telebiometric template because many different kinds of transformation can be adopted to generate a one-time telebiometric template.
