Dieser Teil der ISO 10893 legt die Anforderungen an die digitale Durchstrahlungsprüfung von automatisiert hergestellten Längs- oder Spiralnähten lichtbogenschmelzgeschweißte Stahlrohre fest, die zum Nachweis von Unvollkommenheiten entweder mittels Computer-Radiographie (CR) oder mittels digitaler Detektorarrays (DDA) durchgeführt werden. Dieser Teil der ISO 10893 legt die Zulässigkeitsgrenzen und die Kalibrierverfahren fest.

Dieses Dokument kann auch für die Prüfung von kreisförmigen Hohlprofilen angewendet werden.
