Part 3 defines the data to be used for a description of individual charging systems in terms of charged geographical objects, charging and reporting rules. For every toll charger"s system, attributes as defined in part 3 are used to transfer data to the front-end in order to instruct it on which data to collect and report. The definition will cover the following aspects: - version management of individual charging schemes; - context data including semantics, format and coding; - definition of data records related to updating. Part 3 will support different implementations and choices regarding the split of processing tasks between OBE and proxy (e.g. both ""thin"" and ""thick"" OBEs will be supported).
