Purpose of This Notice. This notice advises that, as of October 1, 2010, inspections of computer testing designee (CTD) testing centers by Flight Standards District Offices (FSDO) and International Field Offices (IFO) are no longer required. The requirement for these inspections will be removed from FAA Order 1800.56, National Flight Standards Work Program Guidelines, in its next revision.
