scope:

This standard specifies the requirements for an environmentally compliant (PG 6/40) multi-pack, air drying, epoxy paint filler for application to suitably pretreated and primed substrates and subsequently over coated with two pack finish coats such as those used in the fabrication of aerospace service equipment.

The paint filler is specified for use with primer to BSX 33 and finish to BSX 34 or finish to Defence Standard 80-161 for aerospace use. For non-aerospace use it may be used with alternative primers and finish coats such as Defence Standard 80-209.

The paint filler may be used as a primer for selected composite substrates
