Purpose of This Notice. This notice provides revised guidance for Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) offices and inspectors with oversight responsibility for operators conducting airplane operations under Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) part 129. This notice amends operations specification (OpSpec) C080, Terminal Area IFR Operations in Class G Airspace and at Airports without an Operating Control Tower for Scheduled Operations. It also incorporates information from OpSpec C064, Terminal Area IFR Operations in Class G Airspace and at Airports without an Operating Control Tower-Nonscheduled Passenger and All-Cargo Operations. This notice decommissions all C064 templates and amends all C080 templates.
