scope:
Purpose. To update new pages 2 and 3 of enclosure (1). These changes are the result of a May 2011 manpower study conducted by the Navy Manpower Analysis Center (NAVMAC) and are coordinated with the Navy, Chief of Information (OI-81) office. Specific changes, as follows:
a. Modify the number of Navy Enlisted Classification (NECs) for motion media director and editor (NEC 8144) and photojournalist (NEC 8148).
b. Modify the officer designator from NEC 6470 - limited duty officer (photography) to NEC 1650 - special duty officer (public affairs).
c. Increase the number of active and reserve component teams to reflect current and future manning requirements.
