Use/relationship: The Contractual Baseline Report identifies the planned configuration of each individual end item being built under a specific Government contract. The planned configuration (i.e., Contractual Baseline) is defined by the contract and any subsequent modifications to the contract that result in configuration changes. The Contractual Baseline continuously changes throughout the life of a contract. The Contractual Baseline Report will be used to track and reconcile status of the Contractual Baseline. The Contractual Baseline Report will also be used to audit contractor compliance with the Contractual Baseline.

This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format, content and preparation instructions for the data product resulting from the work task specified in the contract.
