This Company Standard is mandatory upon all Network Rail staff and their managers that issue or receive documents that require receipt in a controlled form, together with those that manage the Document Control process.
Purpose
This Company Standard mandates the minimum requirements for the management of the process for issuing a document, and any associated updates, when acknowledgement of receipt by the recipient is required.
