This standard covers the hot-dip galvannealed steel sheets and strip for automobile uses, with both sides coated to the same thickness (hereinafter referred to as "steel sheets and strip"), including the hot-dip galvannealed steel sheets and strip electroplated with such a metal as nickel, and those processed with chemical conversion treatment mainly consisting of zinc oxide and/or manganese.
Note: Characteristics of steel sheets and strip not specified herein, shall comply with individual material purchasing specifications.
