scope:
Purpose
a. To publish the fiscal year (FY) 2019 to FY 2023 unrestricted line (URL) major command sequential, URL major command at sea, URL major command ashore, restricted line (RL) and staff corps major command and major program manager lists, in line with reference (a).
b. To establish membership, responsibilities and procedures of the FY 2019 major command review board (MCRB).
c. To publish procedures for submitting change requests to enclosures (1) through (6).
