Purpose.
To issue policy, procedures, and responsibilities governing the management of facilities, infrastructure, and environmental functions on Navy installations (hereafter referred to as "the host"). This instruction clarifies host-tenant responsibilities where the host is not the facility maintenance unit identification code (MUIC) holder.
