Purpose.
To establish Department of the Navy (DON) procedures, consistent with references (a) through (f), to require that adverse information is furnished to Promotion Selection Boards (PSB(s)) considering officers for promotion to the grades of rear admiral (lower half) and brigadier general (O-7), and rear admiral and major general (O-8).
