This specification applies to the manufacture and dispatch of new P&C for use in LU-controlled infrastructure. It also applies to trial or test panel assemblies where these are required by the purchaser. It applies to all LU staff, TfL engineering staff and all Suppliers involved with the manufacture and supply of junctionwork.
