Purpose.
To issue the Special Full Honors Military Funeral Plan for Admiral James L. Holloway III, United States Navy, Retired, and establish specific responsibilities for execution of his funeral that will take place at 1000 on 18 December 2019 at the United States Naval Academy (USNA). Reference (a) provides the general guidelines for executing a Special Military Funeral; at the request of the family, reference (b), these guidelines have minor adjustments as detailed in this notice.
