PURPOSE.
This instruction reissues DoD Instruction (DoDI) O-5205.11 (Reference (a)) in accordance with the authority in DoD Directive (DoDD) 5205.07 (Reference (b)) to establish policy and implement the policy established in Reference (b), assign responsibilities, and to update and prescribe procedures for the management, administration, and oversight of all DoD SAPs.
