PURPOSE.
This Instruction establishes Coast Guard's Military to Mariner (M2M) Program policy for Program Managers, Rating Force Master Chief Petty Officers, Commands, Unit Training Officers, Education Services Officers, Designated Command Representatives, Voluntary Credentialing Program Manager, Training Managers, Training Centers and the Education and Training Quota Management Command (ETQC) to meet the demands of a dynamic work environment in accordance with References (a)-(e).
