This Standard applies to complete flue-connected, oil-fired service water heaters, which are provided with automatic control devices.
These requirements apply to service water heaters to be operated at pressures not exceeding 150 psi, or temperatures not exceeding 210°F.
Requirements for heaters for heating swimming pool water are included in Clause 10.
These requirements apply to the oil-burning equipment and appurtenances thereto, included in the assembly of the unit.
