This Defence Standard specifies requirements for a durable, abrasion-resistant, polyester powder coating finishing material suitable for use on prepared and/or pre-treated ferrous and non-ferrous metallic substrates.

The product is available in a range of colours, including White, Light Weatherwork Grey and NATO Green.

Colour NATO Green matching Colour No 285 of BS 381C, is only available as a near matt finish complying with the colour and Infra Red Reflectance (IRR) camouflage requirements defined in Def Stan 00-23.
