Purpose.

This publication establishes the evaluation criteria to be used by a Stan/Eval examiner (SEE) when conducting qualification (QUAL)/mission (MSN), instructor, and spot evaluations in accordance with Air Force Instruction (AFI) 13-1 STAN/EVAL Volume 2, Ground Command and Control Systems Standardization/Evaluation Program-Organization and Administration. Specific areas are prescribed to ensure an accurate assessment of the proficiency and capabilities of operations personnel. Reference to forms within this publication also equates to electronic products when authorized.
