This module applies to all recommendations and local actions directed to Network Rail arising from:
a) Level 1, level 2 and level 3 investigations led by Network Rail;
b) investigations led by other Railway Group members;
c) RAIB investigations;
d) judicial and HSE inquiries;
d) independent review governance panel;
e) ORR inspection plan report;
f) Coroners Regulation 28 directed to Network Rail.
Purpose
This module provides a consistent, comprehensive and structured process for the management of recommendations and local actions arising from inquiries, investigations and ORR inspections.
