It applies to employees within Network Rail involved in the formulation or review of responses to health and safety related concerns raised through CIRAS and directed to Network Rail.

Purpose

This module sets out how Network Rail will use intelligence from concerns raised through the Confidential Incident Reporting and Analysis Service (CIRAS), alongside other sources of safety performance information, to assess the effectiveness of risk controls.
