This publication provides guidance for the proper procedures to conduct maintenance on bulk delivery equipment containing Class 2 hazardous materials.

Bulk delivery equipment is also commonly referred to as bulk packaging. Bulk delivery equipment can include but is not limited to tube trailers (including bundles of cylinders) and cargo tankers or vessels (see Figures 1-4).
