Scope.
This specification covers one grade of grease for multipurpose usage in applications requiring water resistance. It is to be used at temperatures ranging from -18 to 110 °C (0 to 230 °F) in all shipboard applications requiring dispensing through long lengths of tubing. The temperature range for use in ball and roller bearing applications is -29 to 121 °C (-20 to 250 °F).
