scope:
This standard covers the inspection provision requirements for trousers worn by members of the military.
Purpose.
The purpose of this document is to provide standardized examination provisions for evaluating the quality of trousers. It is intended to, in a single document, list defects irrespective of fabrics used.
Applicability.
This standard is applicable to contracts by reference in the appropriate trousers specifications.
Classification.
The trousers will be of the following types:
D - Dress
SD - Semi-Dress
U - Utility
