Purpose

The purpose of this document is to assist TfL projects with the following key themes relating to the application of CEEQUAL on projects:

- Understanding the CEEQUAL questions and what they mean

- Provide guidance on appropriate evidencing to CEEQUAL questions

- Give framework responses to questions, providing a basis for project teams to effectively build upon, assisting the project to gain the highest practicable assessment score within the scope of the project.

The toolkit is primarily designed for use on projects adopting 'Whole Team Award' assessment (with or without an Interim Assessment), but is also relevant to other assessment routes within CEEQUAL.

Projects using CEEQUAL should feedback their experiences of usings this toolkit and additionally their experiences of using CEEQUAL which will assist with the ongoing development of this tool for the future. This should be done throughout the CEEQUAL process.
