This Standard applies to all employees of LUL, and employees of agencies and consultancies contracted to carry out work for LUL.
This Standard shall be enforceable from 27/01/03.
Purpose
It is the policy of London Underground Limited (LUL) to eliminate inequalities within the workforce and culture, recognising these as key barriers to delivering customer services.
LUL is committed to working in partnership with the trades unions to drive forward an equality strategy to achieve equality and eliminate unfair discrimination within the LUL workforce.
The purpose of this Standard is to outline the requirements to meet these policy objectives.
