PURPOSE AND SCOPE
The purpose of Quality Assurance is to provide National Grid with confidence that the product and/or service provided by the Contractor achieve the Quality Standards imposed by National Grid's Quality Policy, Technical Specifications and Performance Standards.
Compliance with requirements of this procedure is mandatory for all Contractors, undertaking the Project on behalf of National Grid.
