Purpose.
To formalize Navy Medicine's (NAVMED's) process to receive, evaluate, analyze, and respond to internal (e.g., Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) codes) and external (i.e., Fleet Forces, Fleet Marine Forces, DoD, etc.) requests for medical education and training (E&T) capability to meet valid, mission-support requirements.
