Purpose.
In order to fully support the operational needs of the war fighter and achieve the highest level of Readiness, it is our responsibility to ensure that personnel who fall under the jurisdiction of Budget Submitting Office (BSO) 18 meet designated readiness standards. As such, it is the responsibility of each Navy Medicine (NAVMED) Region Commander to engage in deliberate planning efforts that create and sustain pools of personnel ready to deploy.
