This is a new instruction that describes the policies, practices, procedures, and systems for managing the equipment and consumables which support the NAVMED EP CBRN program, a subcomponent of the NAVMED Force Health Protection (FHP) Emergency Management (EM) Program. BUMED Emergency Preparedness Directorate (BUMED-M3B4) maintains cognizance over all MTF-based CBRN preparedness and response capabilities.
