Scope and Applicability.
This instruction is applicable to all caregivers within NAVMED and subordinate activities to BUMED. Government contractors may attend government sponsored training at no cost to the government when such training is determined necessary by the commanding officer (CO) in consultation with the contracting officer. Reserve Component commands are encouraged to incorporate as many of the components of this program as practicable and desired.
