This guidance applies to all TfL employees.
This guidance should be used by employees involved in developing and delivering any proposal considered to be staff-facing. This means those most impacted by the work are employees such as strategies, policies, programmes or projects that affect our staff.
Purpose
The purpose of this guidance is to outline how to complete a Workforce Equality Impact Assessment Form (WEqIA).
