scope:

This standard applies to all surveillance camera systems processed by Network Management TfL Personnel at any time, by any means and in any format.

Purpose

The objective of this standard is to ensure that:

(a) Surveillance Camera Systems within Network Management is Processed by TfL in compliance with the requirements of the Data Protection Legislation and other relevant information governance legislation and

(b) TfL Personnel are aware of their obligations when operating surveillance cameras processing personal data on behalf of TfL.
