scope:

This standard applies to all surveillance camera systems processed by either Head Office TfL Personnel or Service Partners at any time, by any means and in any format. It must be used by Head Office security control rooms and Receptions when viewing, capturing and processing.

Purpose

The objective of this standard is to ensure that:

a) Surveillance Camera Systems within Facilities Operations Head Office estate is processed by Transport for London (TfL) and our Service Partners and is compliant with the requirements of the Data Protection Legislation and other relevant information or governance legislation; and

b) TfL Personnel and Service Partner are aware of their obligations when operating surveillance cameras and processing personal data on behalf of TfL
