scope:
This module of NR/L2/TRK/038 defines details of the process for:
a) generating the train borne recording plan; and
b) providing details of the management of Intervention Limit (IL) and Immediate Action Limit (IAL) faults detected by the train borne measurement system.
It applies to all Maintenance staff, Capacity Planning staff and of Asset Information Services (AIS); geometry recording teams and geometry processing teams; all of whose duties include the identification, analysis, planning and rectification of track geometry issues; and those in Route Services Information Technology (RSIT) whose duty it is to support the track geometry data management systems.
