The guide establishes the resource definition requirements to ensure those network detailed records are available to meet policy and compliance needs.

The purpose is to establish standards regarding the exchange of customer information, Resource model information, API & API authentication information that will be required to request network resources or services from the service provider.
The Objective of this guide is to support the development of a Community or Federated Digital Platform within the ATIS telecommunication space.
