Purpose of This Notice.
This notice announces revisions to operations specifications (OpSpec), management specifications (MSpec), and Letters of Authorization (LOA) A001, A006, and A007, as applicable, for Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) parts 91, 91 subpart K (part 91K), 121, 121/135, 125 (including part 125 Letter of Deviation Authority (LODA) holders), 133, 135, 141, and 145 operators and agencies to capture email address information for responsible personnel.
