Scope and Applicability.
This notice applies to all Department of the Navy Service personnel seeking administrative exemption from the COVID-19 vaccine based on separation or retirement within 180 days pursuant to reference (a), chapter 2, section 2-6(b)(1).
Purpose.
Clarification of inapplicability of administrative exemption established in chapter 2, section 2-6(b)(1), of reference (a) to immunization from Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).
