EU-RU-RO-MR is based on compliance with requirements as given in the agreed Technical Requirements for Mutual Recognition on the EU RO MR homepage. The individual programmes describe the applicable technical requirements and how to document compliance with the requirements in order to obtain a EU RO MR TA certificate. This includes, where relevant, technical requirements for how the type tests shall be performed.
