Scope and Applicability.
The provisions of this instruction are applicable throughout the U.S. Navy.
Purpose.
a. To provide information and guidance concerning communications procedures for the Navy Warfare Library (NWL) and distribution of joint doctrine publications.
b. Updates to OPNAVINST 5605.19 align with the June 2021 edition of NTRP 1-01, the Navy Warfare Library User Manual. Changes include updating the name of the NWL's website and URLs for access, referenced instructions and other administrative matters.
