This document details the process of managing Notice Boards (NB) and Technical Instructions (TI) relating to signal engineering activities. It applies to those who produce these documents.
This process is not to be used to circumnavigate the standards and control process as mandated in NR/L2/CSG/STP001.
Purpose
To enable essential and critical information to be conveyed as quickly as possible to Network Rail staff and its contractors/supplier
