This module outlines the way in which Network Rail provides qualified people as prescribed by New Roads & Street Works Act 1991. It applies to the setup of all worksite on the highway/road and where excavation is planned. It applies to the works promoter and/or delegated contractor.
Purpose
This module provides provide compliance with the SROH/ SROR and Safety Code by outlining the qualifications needed to mitigate against reinstatement, or Signing, lighting, or guarding defects.
