Purpose

The purpose of this document is to assist CMSPs by providing descriptions of some configurable operational settings discussed during the creation of the published specifications establishing the WEA 3.0 requirements. This document also provides examples of possible impacts to the network, device and user in relation to variations of CMSP policy and configurable settings, with the intent to assist the CMSP when configuring flexible operational settings.
